Top 5 Tuesday – Top 5 Standalone Books

Hello everyone! Today’s post is another Top 5 Tuesday! The prompt for today is the top 5 standalone books. I think this is probably heavily influenced by the recency effect since historically most of the books I read are part of a series, but I gave it my best shot. Check out my list below, which has my top 5 standalone books, in no particular order! Top 5 Tuesday was created by Shanah @ Bionic Book Worm, and is now being hosted at Meeghan Reads!

More Happy Than Not by Adam Silvera

Under the Whispering Door by TJ Klune

The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller

The Darkness Outside Us by Eliot Schrefer

Not My Ruckus by Chad Musick

If I’m being honest, pretty much all of Adam Silvera’s and TJ Klune’s standalone books should be on this list, but I wanted to add in a little more diversity than that to show off some books I love by other authors too! Do we have any books in common? What are your favorite standalone books? Let me know in the comments!
