First Lines Fridays is a weekly feature for book lovers hosted by Wandering Words. What if instead of judging a book by its cover, its author or its prestige, we judged it by its opening lines?

Thoughts & Comments

This book has been on my TBR for a while, and I recently receive the eARC for the second book. So, I’ll be powering through both of them and the prequel novella before the end of the year. I’m looking forward to it, and these first lines only build my interest even more.
