It has been a very busy couple months since the last time I did a NetGalley check-in. I’ve been approved for a ton of new books, and these next few months are going to be filled with ARC reading as a result. You can see where I was two months ago in my last check-in post. My feedback ratio has dropped a bit more since then to 60%. I’ve completed 28 ARC reviews out of the total 47 for which I have been approved. I now have 18 unread books available to read on my shelf, which is the most I’ve ever had at one time. The reviews I completed in the last two months were Forging a Nightmare, Jade Legacy, Tethered Spirits, Daughter of the Moon Goddess, The Beholden, and Engines of Empire.

One of my goals this year is actually to reach the 100% ratio on NetGalley, even if it’s only for a short period of time. Currently my ratio is at 93% and I have 6 books to read and review. Since 5 of the books are getting published by the end of March, my goal is to get through all 6 by the end of April. My fear is that one of my 11 pending titles will get approved just as I finish reading one of my last few books! But if that does happen, I’ll manage!

I’m at 49% and really struggling to raise my feedback ratio! I’ve been approved for some really great books so I’m not worried worried, but I’m doing my best to hit 80% by the end of the year!
I’ve struggled with my ratio, as well, but I’ve made some progress. I’m hoping to hit 80% by the end of the year too. I haven’t noticed the ratio impacting my approvals that much either. So, as much as I’d love to see the number go up, it hasn’t been that much of a hindrance.
