Book Haul – October 2022

This was a slower month all around. Thank goodness. I only got four new eARCs, a handful each of digital and physical purchases, and one library book. I’ve even already read several of them! So, my TBR didn’t explode too much last month, which is good because the past couple of months have seen it swell by staggering amounts. Now I just need to focus on getting them all read. lol. I’m definitely convinced that reading and collecting books are two very distinct hobbies…

Electronic ARCs

Digital Purchases (Audiobooks & ebooks)

Physical Purchases

Library Books

Are any of these books on your TBR? Have you read any of them? If so, let me know in the comments!

  1. I love when everyone does book haul posts…I’m just too lazy to do one myself. They take too much time, lol (resize images, align, blah blah); I do them for my library sales & that’s it. That cover of INTO THE LIGHT looks so cool.

    • The hardest part of these for me is keeping track of everything I got over the month and then finding all the cover images. They are actually one of my least favorite posts to do since I don’t do a ton of commentary because it would make the posts way too long. It ends up being little more than a photo dump. I do love that cover, as well, and it is one of the main reasons I requested it. lol.

  2. Aah, ngl, I’m a little jelly of that Fonda Lee ARC! That book looks amazing but so do many of the others that you have on here. I also can’t wait to read the second book in Trudie’s series because I adored the first one. Great haul and I hope you enjoy all of these whenever you get around to reading them! 😃

    • I did a happy dance when I finally got approved for that ARC. I think it’ll probably by my first 2023 ARC that I read once I finally finish up all my 2022 titles. I’m also super excited about Trudie’s sequel. I’m hoping to fit it in at some point this month, but my pace has been slower than normal so far this month. I’m also attending a virtual conference all this week. So, my reading time will be cut back a lot. 🙁

    • I’ll let you know once I’ve read it. It’ll probably be a while. I decided to go ahead and buy it because I really liked the cover, but I have no idea when I’ll get around to it. lol. My goal right now is to finish all my 2022 ARCs before the end of the year… I finished A Deadly Education recently too, and I really liked it. The school had a really cool set up, and I’m definitely curious to see what happens next. Now I just have to wait for the audiobook to be available at the library.
