Review Requests

Indie/Self-Pub Books

Thank you so much for your interest in my blog! Starting June 2023, I’ll be choosing 1-2 indie/self-pub books to review every month. Each month, all books I’ve received will be entered into a general TBR pool, and 1-2 will be chosen at random. Therefore, I cannot commit to a particular timeline for reviewing your book and am not looking to join ARC teams with firm deadlines at this time. If you would like to have your book added to the TBR jar for possible selection, please fill out the contact form below with the following information:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Book title
  • Book genres (Fantasy, Sci Fi, Historical, Romance, and/or LGBT preferred)
  • Book synopsis & trigger warnings

If I think the book will be a good fit for me, I will reach out to you as soon as possible to request an ARC copy. At this time, I prefer eARCs in epub format. When my review is completed, it will be posted on this blog, Goodreads, StoryGraph, Tumblr, Twitter, and Amazon. I do not guarantee a positive review and do not plan to discuss my feedback/reviews with authors. Once I am in possession of the book, I do not intend to send author(s) updates on the review status given the random nature at which the books will be chosen each month. If you have questions about this process, I’m more than happy to answer them and appreciate you considering me to review your book. 🙂

NOTE: If you are an author I’ve worked with in the past, please email me directly at about sequels or other upcoming releases. I may be able to squeeze them into the review schedule before their publication date with enough advanced notice. If not, I’ll gladly add them to the TBR jar.

Publishing Companies & Marketing Professionals

I’m always happy to receive information about upcoming releases and typically review 4-6 new traditionally published books per month. Please reach out to me via email at and include any promo material (synopsis, cover, genres, etc.) in your email. You are welcome to send NetGalley widgets, as well, and my NetGalley account is listed with my email address if you’d like to check my stats. If you would like to send physical copies, please let me know in your initial email, and I will send a mailing address. I do not typically respond to unsolicited emails from publishers, but I do read and consider them all. If you desire a response, please let me know in your email. Thanks!
