It’s the end of the month, which means it’s once again time to look ahead to some great upcoming book releases. There are SO MANY books being published in September that I struggled to narrow this list down to 33 of them. I apologize to those that got left on the cutting room floor. Seriously, though. There’s lots of great stuff being released in the coming month, including new books from James Islington, Rachel Gillig, Aiden Thomas, R.F. Kuang, Freya Marske, Leigh Bardugo, and so many more. If you missed my list of August 2026 releases, you can find it HERE. Without further ado, here are 33 of my most anticipated September 2026 book releases (covers link to Goodreads):
