Today I’m participating in Top Ten Tuesday. This meme was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Each week there is a new theme/topic, and participants choose ten books that fit it.
This week’s theme is Books with Occupations in the Title. Most of my choices this week are fantasy books, and the occupations largely reflect that fact. However, I think all of them have some sort of real-life analogue, as well. The covers link to the Goodreads page of each book in case something catches your eye!

The Prison Healer by Lynette Noni, The Jade Setter of Janloon by Fonda Lee, The Phoenix Keeper by S.A. MacLean, The Raven Scholar by Antonia Hodgson, The Dead Cat Tail Assassins by P. Djeli Clark

The Watchmaker of Filigree Street by Natasha Pulley, The Ferryman by Justin Cronin, The Left-Handed Booksellers of London by Garth Nix, Timekeeper by Tara Sim, The Daughter of Doctor Moreau by Silvia Moreno-Garcia
There you have it! Ten books with occupations in the title. Have you read any of these? Let me know your thoughts down in the comments!
Thank you. The Left-Handed Book Sellers did catch my eye.

SFF books have the best, most unique occupations in their titles. I love it! Fun list.
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
